To find out how you and your group can have a memorable stay in Japan doing your favourite shumi is easy and straightforward:
- First, please fill out the Quick Contact Form below – we will be in contact with a view to organise a quote.
- Once you have received our draft plan and quote and had a chance to discuss it with your group, you can call or email us to discuss the next stage. If you don’t contact us, will follow up with an email or call you after 14 days.
- In order to provide you with a complete program for your shumi stay in Japan, we will need you to provide us with as much information as possible about yourselves, your preferred timing, and your budget and how you want to spend your time. We will endeavor to find the best locations and to match you with groups in Japan who would like to meet up with your group. You need to make a non-refundable deposit of A$500 and allow us a minimum of 6 weeks to prepare the final program as it will involve consulting you and other shumi groups in Japan to finalise the arrangements.
- Once we have completed your program, we will arrange to give a briefing before you depart for Japan about the program with you and your group either face to face, by skype or some other mutually convenient means.
